Sonora Permission Slip and Payment
Dear Families,
Attached, you will find the permission slip for our upcoming Sonora trip, along with information on how to make payments online.
You may choose to make partial payments or pay the full amount at one time. If you choose to make a partial payment, simply return to this message when you are ready to make an additional payment. You are also welcome to forward this message to family members or others who may be assisting with donations toward the cost of the trip.
If you are interested in chaperoning the trip, please let us know no later than October 23, 2026.
If you plan to pay by cash or check, you will still need to complete the attached permission slip. Cash or check payments should be given directly to your child's teacher. Checks should be made payable to Clovis USD.
If you were unable to attend last night's meeting, the PowerPoint presentation is attached for your reference. Your child will also be bringing home the information packet this evening.
Final payment is due by January 8, 2027.
As a reminder, the following items are also due by January 8, 2027:
- All medications
- Completed medication forms
- Completed dietary forms
